  hmmm, reviews are tough because you want to be clear how fantastic this team is but don't want to come across as corny and unauthentic. The reality is dealing with Carol and Patrick was nothing short of outstanding. I purchased my condo from them at a fair price and now am using them to list, sell it and buy a new home. They have unequivocal patience because me and my wife are particular and will only by the right home at the right price. They have never once rushed me or made me feel like they are not an ally or a pushy agent that wants you to buy the first home you see. I have made two offers with them one was lost due to a no contingency offer and the next the seller got cold feet. Now I am looking at new construction and still every time I call it's like talking to a friend who genuinely wants to help in this process. They pulled multiple comps, looked over contracts, discussed all the details and surprises with new construction. Then explained there opinion on cost, value, profit and an assessment of future market in this area. If you pick a different agent in this area you are foolish. It is an unwise decision to go with anyone but the Hawes Team.
